紅外自動大（dà）理（lǐ）石花崗岩切割機是（shì）在底座上設置軌道作直線運動，帶動金剛石圓鋸片，紅外（wài）切割刀片確定被切割石材的尺寸和直線度，並保證切割軌（guǐ）道按照直線運動進行石材板材切割加工的一種設備。

本（běn）機采用PLC控製，切割尺寸由（yóu）計算機終端數字（zì）輸入，所有操作可手動或由計算機程序自動完成；控（kòng）製麵板位（wèi）於（yú）機器右側，方便操作人員在放板時（shí）對機器（qì）進行（háng）調整；麵板上有操作按鈕、編碼器和液晶顯示；本機最多可同時設（shè）置8種不（bú）同的切割尺寸，每種尺寸（cùn）最多可重複9999次，並可設置多次下刀。切（qiē）割模（mó）式;配備紅外刀儀，可準確定位；切割（gē）進給速度（dù）由變頻器調節（jiē）；鋸片由電機直接驅動，可由（yóu）液壓傳動驅動，自動（dòng）旋轉90°；最大可切割3200mm × 2000mm板材；工作台可承重600kg，可轉動0°~ 85°。支撐架與機架一體，可快速安裝使用，移動方便，無需提（tí）前搭建混凝土基礎。

Cutting mode; equipped with infrared knife instrument, can be accurately positioned; cutting feed speed adjusted by the frequency converter; saw blade driven directly by the motor, can be driven by the hydraulic transmission, automatic rotation of 90 °; the maximum cutting 3200mm × 2000mm plate; table can support 600kg, can be turned 0 ° ~ 85 °.
